Hi I'm Sam, the founder of Train&Sustain here to give you some more info on myself, the ethos and the coaching methods we use at the gym.

Most people's approach to training and nutrition is built around quick fixes, restriction and the all or nothing approach. That's what we are here to stop.
At Train&Sustain we offer Small Group Personal Training and Online Coaching designed to not only help you improve your technique, strength and fitness in the gym, but also your nutrition and daily habits outside the gym.
Most importantly we do this in a way that is, you guessed it... Sustainable! Building systems that work around your life, families, jobs, holidays, social occasions etc...
The idea is to improve and feel your best whilst also maintaining enjoyment in life and even if you don't think it's possible now, enjoying training and exercise!
