Small Group PT

Our Small Group Personal Training offers you all the bespoke coaching of a 1-1 plan at a fraction of the cost, whilst also introducing you to a community of like minded people all there to help each other to achieve their goals, and the best part we do it in a way that works around your current life, making it a sustainable change with results that are long lasting!

How it works:

before your first session we will have a 1-1 consultation call to discuss your current and previous training, nutrition, habits and lifestyle.

From here we will assess which of the membership options is going to best for you and work along side your current life and commitments.

SGPT sessions run from 50-55 minutes long.

You'll have complete flexibility and control over when you train, you will gain access to the session timetable and can book in as many sessions as you want that week, on whatever days, and whatever times suit you best, (if you use all your allocated sessions you can add extra through the app).

Together we will devise a nutrition plan to help you achieve your personal goals.

You'll gain access to the Train & Sustain Members Lab, where you'll find recipe packs, training videos as well as daily and performance trackers to help you stay on track.

Progress analysis based on; progress pictures, weigh ins, measurements and performance targets

Check ins available once a week to review your progress and set weekly targets.
